Building
After the approval of the project, we begin construction. Each stage is carried out under the strict control of our engineers, all stages of construction are carried out clearly on time, in compliance with all requirements and standards.
The average construction period is 7-9 months.
Improvement
After the completion of all work on the construction of buildings and structures, the territory of the complex is landscaped. Traffic and parking areas are paved.
Markings are applied to the road surface, lawns and green areas, recreation areas and other important details are planted that give the object completeness.
Эксплуатация
After obtaining a permit for commissioning, we draw up ownership rights and transfer the object to the Lessee/Buyer.
