Abrau-Durso – Russian company specializing in the production of champagne and sparkling wine. The specific estate of the royal family Abrau-Dyurso was founded in 1879 by the decree of Emperor Alexander II. It is located on the shores of Lake Abrau in the Krasnodar Territory and is now part of the Primorsky District of Novorossiysk. The Abrau-Dyurso winery was created in 1920, on the basis of the former royal estate. In 1980-1985 the winery produced 3 million bottles a year, in 2005 – 5.8 million bottles of wine (410 thousand ha). Potential capacity – 7 million bottles per year.
